We have implemented a stringent quality assurance system that meets global standards, proven by our obtainment of the following: European quality control and product safety system developed for feed additive products (FAMI-QS) Certificate, confirmation of compliance with Guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Feed, and ISO22000 certification, an international standard of food safety management systems.

FAMI-QS is a certification scheme for safety and quality assurance management systems involving feed additives production, developed under the leadership of the European Union (EU) in September 2004. We manufacture and sell premixes, mixed feed and hydrolyzed coconut expeller (MCM), as well as offer enzyme treatment in accordance with the standards, at the Kashima and Shibushi plants and our head office.
GMP for Feed Certification is a system where manufacturers implement basic safety management guidelines (GMP: Good Manufacturing Practice) through all processes from raw materials to final products in accordance with the GMP for Feed guidelines. The Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center (FAMIC) then confirms the status of guideline compliance. Our Kashima, Shibushi and Tomakomai plants have all received GMP cerificate for Feed guidelines compliance.

Under this system, we ensure quality control in all processes from original ingredients selection through production and delivery. We continuously inspect and improve our system, providing safer solutions and services in response to our customers' various voices and demands.
